Purpose built document control panels

These are available to order to match your exact document size, with the pocket depth and number of rows and columns to suit your application. Panels can also be supplied in a colour shade of your choice. Please enquire for details.

Paper size, orientation and the amount of the document which is visible can all be specified. Large or small documents can be accommodated as single sheets or batches so that all related paperwork is on hand. Tell us your needs and we will design Document Panels to suit.

Grey/clear diamond transportation case

The Brief: To design and manufacture simple and lightweight case for transporting diamonds around the world securely.
The Solution: Made from grey polypropylene with hot air welded joints, this strong box also has clear PVC front and top.

Grey taxi top illuminated advertising signage

The Brief: We were asked to manufacture from designer's theoretical brief an illuminated advertising sign. The Solution: We vacuum formed the rear, CNC fabricated the front and then bonded them together. Finally we colour matched the vinyl illuminated front panel.

ABS pressure formed boxes

The Brief: High definition forming required to produce a low number of Autocue electronic boxes. The problem was the low number required was too low for injection moulding. The solution: Black ABS - Pressure assist vacuum formed to give high definition at reasonable tooling prices, Nextel coated finish - with small red acrylic fabrication inset.

Tappex fixed acrylic cubes

This piece was designed on small scale by an artist and then converted to full size by Display Developments. This was an interesting project that interlinked clear, mirrored and blue tint acrylic cubes. No glue joints were used at all - it is mechanically fixed!!!

Opal PETG UV bonded lightboxes for Victoria Plaza shopping centre, London.

Each case has a frosted vinyl applied for light diffusion whilst still maintaining a class 1 fire rating as per the design requirements.

Perspex display by Display Developments for an entry in the 2002 Turner prize.

The installation consisted of coloured panels fabricated to form a ceiling unit.

Clear perspex museum cases

The showcases installed here at the V & A Museum are manufactured using our UV bonding system. This allows us to produce without overspill and bubbles joints giving 360 degree vision around an exhibit.

Vacuum formed roof hat

Acrylic capped ABS vacuum formed roof hat for driving school. Finished with vinyl lettering and logos. Other clients include BSM & the AA.

Audi A8 car display stand

This stunning display has a 25mm Clear Acrylic Base, CNC holes, edges polished all around and a 4mm Opal PETG lighting panel. The display stand caused almost as much a stir as the car at the show!

Plexiglas computer table

We were briefed by an architect to produce the following:-
a) Part design and fully manufacture a clear acrylic table. Fixings to facilitate flat pack assembly in 8 sections. Tabletop joints must all be flush
b) Overall size: 5.2 metres x 2.6 metres
c) 25mm clear dual satinice Plexiglas acrylic
d) 35mm clear Acrylic legs, with 10mm clear acrylic 'flushing' plates
e) Mechanical stainless steel Tappex inserts and socket head bolt fixings
f ) All outside edges buff polished

10mm Opal frosted perspex light-boxes for London restaurant

Mechanically fixed, glue less design to aid the even distribution of light.

'James Bond Memorabilia' display case

The brief was to manufacture a clear acrylic 5-sided cover display case 650 x 650 x 2000mm high. The plinth was manufactured from MDF and clad with black acrylic.

Compass 'Swinger'

Used for setting compass deviation to take into account local magnetic fields. It was constructed in clear polycarbonate, has a six sided cover with clear acrylic rods glued into polycarbonate sides.

Display Developments

Our own logo! The 'D' was created in 25mm clear acrylic. On completion we applied the 'Ultimate Polished Finish' by hand buffing.

Security Pedestal Covers for Game Stores Group

Over 1000 units produced for roll out programme - delivered direct to all UK and Eire stores

Vacuum formed from hardwearing silver colour matched ABS with high impact clear PETG interchangeable poster covers

These units were designed to promote the Game corporate identity and fully utilise the advertising space that is usually wasted at the front of the store.

Different mouldings were produced to fit snugly over various Sensormatic and TAG pedestals whilst maintaining the performance and functionality of the security systems.
